I still have some tweaking to do, but please look around and let me know what you think. Be kind, though, because my eyes are literally crossing after many, many days of learning many, many new things in front of the computer.

Constance, feeds are the best! All the blogs you love in one place so you don’t have to hop around wondering whether they’ve been updated or not! I use Bloglines, some prefer Google Reader–there are many choices, but TRUST ME, you will be so thankful to have one set up. It saves *so* much time and lets you spend your internet time actually reading the blogs you want rather than clicking all over the place, sometimes for nothing. I can’t recommend it more, seriously.

Complimenti, Michelle. It’ll take me a little while to get used to the new format, but the first impression is amazing. Just one thing…….The Title block goes beyond my computer screen, and there’s no horizontal scroll bar to move the page to the right. But that just must be my computer and I just need to figure out how to re-size.

Hmm…I don’t know much about this horizontal bar thing, although I do know that the page is formatted to fit a screen that’s bigger than my old blog was formatted for. If you still can’t find a bar to scroll let me know and I’ll look around for some info.

Gorgeous. I just testing the revised link from my site and it worked like a charm, as did the reader update. I will be interested to hear from you what you think about BlogHer and Google Ads…
I really like the new design (wordpress?) and the back pages, especially the idea of the archives by month with titles, and the recipes. I like the way you’ve organized those, too. I have one suggestion, though, which is that the red is a little faint against the white, maybe turn it up a tone or two?
It looks fabulous, overall. Congrats on such hard work to deliver such a great final product!
Why thank you for the fabulous feedback. Now…I’ve been with BlogHer for a few months and I’m very happy with them. I believe applications are closed right now, but you can sign up for a notification so you’ll know when they open up again, and I definitely recommend them. I’ll be interested to see what happens with Google Ads too. Too early to tell….
I saw the archives listed post by post on another site and found it *so* helpful; I only wish that I had known of an easier way to generate that list without physically typing and linking. Man that took a while! But so worth it, like anything.
As for the text color, it should be kind of a mauve? I wasn’t able to find another shade that was darker but still matched the header at least a bit. But I’ll look again 🙂

Very clean, easy to read and navigate. Thanks for the help with the umark tip. I found something for Mac when I knew what I was looking for. With all these new clean sites I’m seeing it looks like bloggers days are numbered for me too, since it doesn’t seem like any of their templates fit into these styles of blogs.
