I’m cleaning house for the second round of visitors this week. Boo!

Ugh…I *hate* cleaning, especially for visitors. The pressure!

  2. I will be writing in the mornings, then seeing two friends from L.A. who happen to be in Italy at the same time (one in Florence, the other in Rome), going to a Democrats abroad event and starting a screenwriters workshop on Sunday (I’ll write about that later) and of course cleaning zee apartment.

    Have a great, relaxing weekend.

Swimming lessons in the morning, soccer in the afternoon, cleaning, laundry, ironing in between AND trying to find time to cook and photograph something special for Susan’s blogiversary. I need a personal assistant. Any takers? I promise not to throw anything.

Oh… very exciting weekend on this end, lol. I’m registering voters for Obama tomorrow and canvassing for Obama on Sunday.

In between I’ll clean the house, cook and help C with homework. Oh… and read a lot for my classes.

I figure that after the first Tuesday in November I’ll have more time for more fun on the weekends.

But I WILL be going to a cool local foods fest on Saturday night.

Hi – thanks for stopping by my post yesterday. This weekend I am definitely getting gelato on Saturday and going to the Brooklyn Book festival on Sunday. Oh and I have to buy a gift at Whimsy and Spice’s Brooklyn Flea booth, so I will be going to the Flea as well. Aside from that I need to spend a lot of time at the computer — including job search and files back-up and preparing blog posts. And go to the gym tomorrow. Oh and cleaning — why can’t I ever manage to clean on weeknights! Tomorrow night I’m cooking something for Leftover Queen’s September joust, but it occured to me I should make a second dish to enter the SGCC blog party. This is all sounding so hectic. I am reminding myself that next weekend is going to be a very quiet weekend for me, so I should enjoy all that is going on this weekend ๐Ÿ™‚ Happy weekend to you! I will be having a reading adn writing weekend next weekend and I am already looking forward to it ๐Ÿ™‚
