I love macaroons! Unfortunately, my husband can’t stand shredded coconut – but I may just have to make a batch for myself, these look so good!

Looks good, sounds easy enough too. Today will serve as my “baking” day for the season. Not gonna do as much baking as I normally would (thank you very much Dr. Hays and the diet order) but I HAVE to make some or things just wouldn’t be right, ya know. And since I know I have all the ingredients to do this recipe, I may have to give it a shot.

These look like a good macaroon. I'm going to a coffee hour after a nativity performance on Thursday... Thy asked that we all bring a baked cookie. I might do these ones.
