Love Thursday: Acorns of Love

The Mystical World Wide Web says:

The Acorn has also been associated with couples and love divination.

Dropping two Acorns into the same bowl of water will provide the inquirers with news.

Should the Acorns float together then the couple will marry, the reverse being true if the Acorns drift apart.

So what does it mean when you’re out walking with your beloved, as P and I were about a month ago, and you stumble upon this–two acorns physically merged together?

Acorn love

Well today it means I’m missing my P big time.

Happy Love Thursday everyone and

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans!

Okay – so I’m a little late on the blog reading and it’s officially the day after Thanksgiving now but I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with friends and family here in our great state! Really makes me feel good -and thankful ya know too -that you were able to have this visit at this particular time of the year so you were able to celebrate WITH your family around you this year and not a couple thousand miles away!
    Peace!

Thanks so much Jeni! Hope your holiday season is going well 🙂

    I’m sure you are….(missing P) big time…..

Markus’s last name – Zalud – is originally a Czech name that means – you guessed it – acorn. I always thought, hey, he’s the acorn from the tree, and I’m the root. 😉

Oh that is so cute 😀
