Caprese salad is one of my all time favorites and I order it practically every day when in Italy.  I don&#039;t seem to find the quality of tomatoes here to be able to enjoy it.  Huge bummer.  This is definitely a dish that if it&#039;s not the freshest of fresh it&#039;s just better not to make at all.
