Here at the Wochenmarkt in Radolfzell, dickering is (as far as I know) not really utilized - *unless* of course, one shows up at about 12:30, when the vendors are hurriedly packing things up and trying to get to their free time - if it's Sat. - then maybe one can dicker, if they have the skill (read actually as "balls") to do so.
