Gorgeous. I just testing the revised link from my site and it worked like a charm, as did the reader update. I will be interested to hear from you what you think about BlogHer and Google Ads…
I really like the new design (wordpress?) and the back pages, especially the idea of the archives by month with titles, and the recipes. I like the way you’ve organized those, too. I have one suggestion, though, which is that the red is a little faint against the white, maybe turn it up a tone or two?
It looks fabulous, overall. Congrats on such hard work to deliver such a great final product!
Why thank you for the fabulous feedback. Now…I’ve been with BlogHer for a few months and I’m very happy with them. I believe applications are closed right now, but you can sign up for a notification so you’ll know when they open up again, and I definitely recommend them. I’ll be interested to see what happens with Google Ads too. Too early to tell….
I saw the archives listed post by post on another site and found it *so* helpful; I only wish that I had known of an easier way to generate that list without physically typing and linking. Man that took a while! But so worth it, like anything.
As for the text color, it should be kind of a mauve? I wasn’t able to find another shade that was darker but still matched the header at least a bit. But I’ll look again

Brava bella! I know how much work this took. At first use it seems a little more difficult to navigate and a little more confusing to look at. You have a lot going on here. I am sure I will get used to it and I do love the tabs! The category tabs on the right columns seem a little hard to see. I like the header and the little beans! Nice clean look and you’ve kept the fonts at a nice size. I’ll miss the old header as I could almost smell the beans. Maybe, it might make a nice footer?
Gil, I’ll think about the beans. I was wondering if the font was a bit too small for some people, but one can always make it larger through the browser, so I stuck with my first instinct. Glad you like it!
