Which is bad, because I've never found a place here in the States that can cook a good rucola-topped pizza. Either the greens come out too crisped and dried or they are dumped on top raw, like a salad, and with all the tough stems still attached.<br/><br/>And no, I'm afraid I've never actually tasted the <i>tartufo</i> in Pizzo.
