Pam, really the old-fashioned way — eating less of the stuff I knew was bad for me, more of the good stuff, and moving a whole lot more. It was a lifestyle change for me, and I’m happy to say I’ve been able to keep that extra weight off (with minor fluctuations of course!) for several years now :)
